🎯 Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective and existing customers

  • Answer product-related queries and assist customers in placing orders

  • Provide detailed information about our brass, bronze, and copper pooja items

  • Maintain records of conversations and update CRM

  • Follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction

  • Promote new arrivals and special pooja collections

  • Support the sales and marketing team as required

πŸ“‹ Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal communication in HindiΒ  ,Tamil and basic English

  • Prior telecalling or customer support experience preferred (0–2 years)

  • Strong listening and persuasion skills

  • Basic computer and phone handling knowledge

  • Patience, dedication, and a customer-friendly attitude

  • Interest in traditional Indian pooja items is a plus

⏰ Work Timing:

  • Full-time | Monday to Saturday

  • 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
