💼 Position: System Administrator

🧠 Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled System Administrator who will be responsible for maintaining, securing, and optimizing the IT infrastructure that powers our online store, internal operations, and customer experience. You’ll work closely with our web developers and support team to ensure smooth and secure system performance 24/7.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain servers, networks, and web hosting environments

  • Install and configure software, hardware, and networks

  • Manage website backups, DNS, SSL certificates, and uptime

  • Implement and monitor security measures (firewalls, malware protection, etc.)

  • Troubleshoot system and network issues

  • Ensure data integrity and system availability

  • Collaborate with the dev team to support deployment, updates, and scaling

  • Document internal processes and system configurations

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a system administrator

  • Strong knowledge of Linux and/or Windows servers

  • Familiar with website hosting (cPanel, FTP, DNS, SSL)

  • Experience with firewalls, VPNs, and cybersecurity tools

  • Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure

  • Ability to work independently and respond to emergencies swiftly

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

⭐ Preferred (Bonus) Skills

  • Experience with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.)

  • Knowledge of SEO and site performance tools (Google Search Console, GTmetrix)

  • Familiarity with basic web development (HTML/CSS/JS)
