Refund and Returns Policy

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

βœ… You notify us within 5 days of receiving the order
βœ… The item is unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging intact
βœ… Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is provided

  • Items that have been used or altered

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Consumables (e.g., statues, idols, etc.) unless damaged in transit


2. How to Request a Return

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@poojaarticles.com or call us at +91-9790030095 within 5 days of delivery.

  2. Mention your order number, reason for return, and attach a photo of the product (if damaged or incorrect).

  3. Once approved, we will arrange a return pickup or guide you on how to ship the item back.

  4. Once the return product is received it will be inspected and the return will be approved within 2 days

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund:

  • βœ… If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

  • ❌ If the return does not meet our policy conditions, the item will be shipped back to you, and no refund will be issued.

Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item).


4. Cancellations

  • You can cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us via phone or email.

  • If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

  • In case of prepaid orders, refunds for cancellations will be processed within 5–7 business days, maintaince fee will be reduced  from refund amount.


5. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a package that is:

  • Damaged in transit

  • Missing an item

  • Contains a wrong product

Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear images and order details. We will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund based on availability.


6. Replacement Policy

7-Day Replacement Policy
We understand that sometimes you might need a different size or color after receiving your order. That’s why we offer a hassle-free 7-day replacement policy!

Once the product is received it will be inspected and the replacement will be approved within 7 days
After approving, the product will be deliver to you within 7-12 working days.


7. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., changed mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping.


8. International Orders

We do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders unless the item received is damaged or incorrect. In such cases, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
